Chekas United made a strong start to their Atlas Cup campaign, recording two wins from two teams as Chekas United and Chekas Angels FC (Feeders) both secured victories.
Chekas United dominated Sky White FC, cruising to a convincing 4–0 victory. Amod was on target twice, scoring once in each half before being forced off with an injury. Eloo then completed a second-half brace to seal an emphatic win for Chekas United.
Meanwhile, Chekas Angels FC (Feeders) also secured a hard-fought 1–0 victory over Eva Light FC, giving the Chekas setup a perfect opening to the competition.
The performances of Amod, Eloo, Hillary and Bright were particularly significant. All four players are graduates who previously lifted the Atlas Cup with the Chekas Angels (Feeders), making their contributions even more special as they continue their journey with Chekas United.
With two teams, two wins and a total of five goals scored without conceding, Chekas United have sent an early statement of intent in the Atlas Cup.
