Chekas Feeders’ impressive seven-week unbeaten run in the LSFA State League came to an end following a narrow 1-0 defeat to league leaders ECAS FA in a fiercely contested top-of-the-table clash.
Heading into the encounter, Chekas Feeders had enjoyed an excellent run of form, recording four wins and three draws in their previous seven matches. The team showed great resilience and determination throughout the game but were ultimately undone by a solitary goal against a strong ECAS FA side.
Despite the setback, Chekas Feeders remain firmly in the hunt at the top end of the table and will look to bounce back strongly in their next fixture. The performance once again demonstrated the character and fighting spirit that have defined the team’s campaign so far.
